The 2nd SIU Regional Meeting for Residents in Urology is offering four in-person presentation formats, providing more opportunities than ever for authors to present their work to an international audience.

PRESENTATION TYPES & INSTRUCTIONS        

• Moderated Podium Presentations

Presenting authors will deliver a formal podium presentation during a scientific session. Each presenter will be allocated 10 minutes (7 minutes presentation followed by a 3-minute discussion).

• Please use the Template below to prepare your presentation, and bring your slides to the onsite Speaker Ready Room for upload at least 4 hour before your presentation.

• Moderated ePoster Presentations

Presenting authors will deliver a formal oral presentation during scheduled ePoster sessions taking place from Friday through Sunday within the scientific programme. They will engage in faculty-led discussion and respond to questions from the audience. The ePoster presentation format is 7-minute presentation followed by 3 min Q&A.

• Please use the Template below to prepare your presentation, and bring your slides to the onsite Speaker Ready Room for upload at least 4 hour before your presentation.

• On-Demand ePoster Presentations

Presenting authors will submit a digital ePoster that will be displayed on monitors in the Exhibit Hall ePoster gallery on November 20 and November 21. Their poster will be accessible to delegates during specific timeslots on these two days, and they will be given the opportunity to give a 2-minute presentation, followed by a 3-min Q&A period.

• Please upload your ePoster by November 1. If online submission fails, you may send it to siucua@163.com. Be sure to state your abstract ID in the email.

• Semi-Live Video Presentation

Selected abstracts will be presented in a semi-live format. Authors will submit a pre-recorded video of their 10-minute presentation, which will be played during the session, with live participation for discussion and audience questions.

• Use the PPT Template below to create some slides at the beginning with your name, title, disclosures and a quick presentation of the case before the video plays. Technical instructions:

PRESENTING AUTHOR CHANGES

Requests for changes to the submitting author must be submitted by August 1, 2026. Requests may be accepted only if the new presenting author is already listed on the original submission as an author. All changes are subject to approval by the Regional Meeting Co-Chairs.
